How do I get billed?

You only pay for the time you use, which you set in the Open Hours Setup Tab on your DineLine Dashboard. For all times DineLine keeps working, but is Free. You are charged in 6 minute increments only for the hours that you are open.
Do I need to key in my menu?

No. DineLine uses its AI to get you started FAST, typically in less than 10 minutes. You just upload a picture of your menu, and DineLine does the rest! DineLine ingested the picture of your menu into itself, then trains itself on how to take orders based on your menu, and that's it!
Do I need a new telephone number?

No. Simply divert your existing phone line to DineLine and you're set to go! An extra bonus is DineLine can take an unlimited number of simultaneous orders at once, even if you only have one phone line!
What Hardware do I need?

No hardware is required to get started. Phone orders received are sent to you as a WhatsApp message to your phone. As you get more familiar with the system, you can start using a Tablet and Docket Printer. Incoming Orders are then displayed on the Tablet, and printed on a Docket Printer.
