Melbourne Free Content Promotion Terms & Conditions

Get a content package valued at up to $2,000 when you join DineLine AI.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the DineLine AI Melbourne Free Content Promotion (the “Promotion”), offered by CitiSoft Pty Ltd trading as DineLine AI (“DineLine AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By signing up to DineLine AI during the Promotion period, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to DineLine AI's standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. The Offer

Eligible Melbourne restaurants and takeaway businesses that join DineLine AI during the Promotion period will receive a professional content package valued at up to $2,000, produced at no additional cost, to help showcase their business.

1.1 This $2,000 value reflects the combined cost of the content team's time on-site, professional filming and photography, video editing and production, and the potential paid advertising exposure the Client's business may receive as part of DineLine AI's nationwide marketing campaigns, together with all other inclusions set out in these Terms.

2. Promotion Period & Availability

2.1 The Promotion is available to the first 50 eligible Melbourne restaurants or takeaway businesses to join DineLine AI, or until 11:59pm (AEDT) on 15 October 2026, whichever occurs first.

2.2 DineLine AI reserves the right to close, extend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice once either of the above conditions is met.

2.3 Businesses are encouraged to sign up early, as places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.4 DineLine AI retains sole and absolute discretion to limit, adjust, or otherwise vary the number of eligible businesses, the Promotion period, and any other eligibility criteria set out in these Terms at any time and without prior notice. DineLine AI further reserves the right, acting reasonably, to determine on a case-by-case basis whether a particular business qualifies for, or will be awarded, the free content package under this Promotion.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open to restaurant and takeaway businesses operating within the greater Melbourne, Victoria area.

3.2 To qualify, a business must:

  • Sign up as a new DineLine AI client during the Promotion period;
  • Pay the standard $500 onboarding fee (comprising a $250 set-up fee and a $250 completion fee); and
  • Complete onboarding, with their DineLine AI system fully set up and live/operational.

3.3 One redemption per business/venue. Businesses with multiple locations may be eligible to redeem the offer for each individually onboarded venue, at DineLine AI's discretion.

4. How the Free Content Package Works

4.1 Once a Client has paid the $500 onboarding fee in full and their DineLine AI system is fully onboarded and running, the DineLine AI content team will contact the Client to arrange a content shoot at a mutually convenient time.

4.2 The content shoot will take place at the Client's business premises and may capture a range of content, including (subject to availability on the day):

  • The Client's food and menu items;
  • The Client's team and staff in action;
  • Behind-the-scenes cooking and kitchen footage;
  • The exterior and interior of the venue; and
  • The Client's DineLine AI system in use.

4.3 The exact content captured will depend on what is available and practical on the day, and DineLine AI will work with the Client to make the most of the opportunity.

4.4 Content shoots will be scheduled at DineLine AI's discretion, within a reasonable time after the Client is fully onboarded, and subject to the availability of both the content team and the Client's premises.

5. What the Client Receives

5.1 As part of the Promotion, DineLine AI will provide the Client with two (2) professionally produced reels, edited from the content captured during the shoot, for the Client's own marketing and promotional use (e.g. social media, website, in-venue displays).

5.2 The Client is free to use these reels across their own channels, subject to DineLine AI's standard content usage guidelines and any third-party rights (e.g. music licensing) that may apply.

6. Free Exposure for Your Business

6.1 As part of this Promotion, and in exchange for the free content package, the Client agrees that DineLine AI may use the content captured (including footage, photography and the Client's business name and branding) for DineLine AI's own marketing and promotional purposes, which may include:

  • Featuring the Client's restaurant or takeaway business in nationwide advertising campaigns across Australia relating to DineLine AI;
  • Featuring the Client on the DineLine AI website; and
  • Use across other DineLine AI marketing, media, and advertising initiatives, including social media, print, video and digital campaigns.

6.2 This gives participating businesses the added benefit of genuine, free exposure of their restaurant or takeaway to a wider audience across Australia, at no cost to the Client.

6.3 By participating in this Promotion, the Client grants DineLine AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute the content described in this clause for the purposes set out above. This licence survives the end of the Client's DineLine AI subscription.

6.4 DineLine AI will always aim to represent participating businesses accurately and positively, consistent with the promotional nature of the content.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated by DineLine AI.

7.2 The free content package has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit.

7.3 DineLine AI is not responsible for any delay in scheduling the content shoot due to Client availability, venue circumstances, or other factors outside DineLine AI's reasonable control.

7.4 If a Client cancels their DineLine AI subscription prior to a content shoot taking place, DineLine AI reserves the right to withdraw the offer of free content.

7.5 DineLine AI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon publication to this page.

7.6 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
