ADELAIDE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA. DineLine was thrilled and deeply humbled by the overwhelming response to the official launch of DineLine AI. The support and encouragement we’ve received has been nothing short of extraordinary, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has shared in this exciting journey with us.
A special thank you goes to The Right Honourable Lord Mayor of Adelaide, Dr Jane Lomax-Smith AM, for officially launching DineLine at Amalfi Pizzeria Ristorante. The event was proudly attended by many of Adelaide’s leading restaurateurs, respected business leaders, and political figures — a true testament to the importance of this innovation for the city and beyond. Among those in attendance were Frank Hannon-Tan, co-owner of Amalfi Pizzeria Ristorante and DineLine spokesperson, Rocco DeAngelis, founder of Rocco’s Pizza, and Victor Velgush, Managing Director of Refined Real Estate.
Her words of encouragement about the platform’s potential to support restaurants in challenging times have resonated strongly across the hospitality community.
We are also honoured that Channel 9 TV News featured the story nationally, helping to showcase this homegrown Adelaide innovation to audiences right across Australia.

A Voice from the Industry
Frank Hannon-Tan, who has spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry, captured the mood perfectly:
“With rising costs and delivery platforms taking more than 30% commission, restaurants need a way to claw back revenue and keep control of their business. DineLine is a great tool to help us do just that — at a fraction of the cost and with no commissions.” This sentiment was echoed by many in attendance, with restaurateurs expressing excitement about the possibilities DineLine creates for improving customer service, saving time, and boosting profitability.
Looking Beyond Adelaide
While the launch marks an exciting milestone in South Australia, this is only the beginning. The DineLine platform has been engineered for scale and reliability, capable of supporting 100,000+ restaurants globally.
Already, interest is building from restaurants outside Adelaide, and our team is working hard to onboard new venues while refining the platform based on valuable feedback from early adopters. The vision for DineLine is bold: to empower restaurants around the world with the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly competitive and cost-conscious market.
