These UK commercial terms apply to UK restaurant customers using the UK offer. Read them with your written proposal and the DineLine AI general terms. These UK terms replace conflicting general wording about UK plan pricing, commitments and setup fees. Your proposal records the agreed service and billing arrangements.
1. Your service and existing EPOS
DineLine AI provides restaurant phone ordering configured around your menu, prices and ordering requirements. It works alongside your existing EPOS using the standalone workflow or supported integration agreed in your proposal. Direct integrations and other plan features are subject to UK service availability and the confirmed scope of your setup.
2. UK pricing and plan selection
All published UK prices are in GBP. Restaurants may choose whichever eligible plan offers the lowest price. Your written proposal confirms the selected plan, fee, billing unit and contractual commitment.
- Starter: £5.50 per restaurant opening hour, with week-to-week flexibility.
- Saver: £3.50 per restaurant opening hour with a 12-month commitment.
- Unlimited: from £26 per week. £26 is a minimum weekly fee. Your actual price depends on your restaurant’s call and order volumes and opening hours and is confirmed by quotation.
- Enterprise: a custom quotation with the terms recorded in your proposal.
Hourly charges are based on restaurant opening hours, rather than the number of minutes spent on telephone calls. Any agreed changes to opening hours, volumes or quoted scope must be reflected in the billing arrangement.
3. Mandatory setup fee and free subscription trial
Professionally configured with your restaurant's own menu, prices and ordering requirements. Try DineLine in your own restaurant with two weeks of subscription FREE. A £250 one-off setup fee applies.
The £250 setup fee is separate from subscription charges and applies to Starter, Saver, Unlimited and Enterprise. The subscription-free period does not waive the setup fee. Trial activation, the subscription billing start date and the payment schedule are confirmed in writing for your restaurant before launch.
4. Saver’s 12-month commitment
Saver’s lower hourly rate requires a 12-month contractual commitment. It is not a week-to-week cancellation plan. Your written onboarding and billing agreement confirms the commitment start date, billing arrangements and any agreed cancellation, early termination or renewal conditions before service activation. General website statements allowing cancellation at any time do not remove an accepted Saver commitment.
If you require week-to-week flexibility, choose Starter. Unlimited and Enterprise commitments are stated in their respective quotations.
5. VAT and billing
Prices in GBP. UK VAT is not charged by DineLine where the reverse-charge rules apply. UK business customers may need to account for VAT.
Provide accurate business, billing and tax information, including your VAT registration details where applicable. Tax treatment is confirmed for the transaction. The UK website does not automatically add UK VAT to the published prices.
Your written onboarding and billing agreement confirms the subscription billing frequency, opening-hours basis and any agreed review before service activation. Setup checkout collects the setup fee only; recurring subscription billing is arranged separately. Any payment-processing or telephone-provider charges are separate where applicable and must be confirmed for your setup.
6. Data, support and other terms
Read our UK privacy policy and cookie policy. Service scope, availability, support and account obligations are governed by your agreed proposal and applicable general terms, except where these UK commercial terms expressly replace them.
A regional website or GBP quotation does not change the identity of the supplier. Any change to the governing law or dispute arrangements must be expressly agreed in writing.
